INTRODUCTION:-
Ethics solves the questions of human morality by defining concepts like human character, conscience, virtue, justice, crime, love, faith, etc.
1.1 Ethics as Social environment |
"Ethics" refers to relationships with other human beings.
DEFINITION:-
Ethics must be based on morality
'Ethics' and 'morality' are usually mentioned in the same breath. "Ethics" means doing one's duties and observing their role, where as "morality" means respecting and caring for each other in relationship with others. That is to say that they are closely related, but they are not identical. The domain of morality does not necessarily include ethics, while the realization of ethics must be based on morality.
On the other hand, the key to the realization of morality lies in ourselves. If we only expect kindness from others, that would be immoral of us.
In interpersonal relationship, ethics cannot be formed without the observance of morality.
